Business Development Representative (Healthcare Partnerships)

Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: £32,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £52,000–£55,000)

About the Role

We are a UK provider of ADHD and autism care, expanding our network of referral partners across the private healthcare sector.

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to lead outbound engagement with assessment clinics and allied healthcare providers across the UK. Working from a defined target list, you'll build relationships with clinical decision-makers and secure introductory meetings for our founder, who leads all partnership discussions.

This is a fully remote role suited to a self-directed outbound professional who enjoys owning a pipeline, building relationships, and consistently achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritise a target list of UK healthcare providers, focusing on the highest-potential accounts.
  • Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach via LinkedIn, telephone, and email.
  • Identify and engage Clinical Directors, Practice Managers, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Secure four qualified meetings per week following an initial ramp-up period.
  • Prepare briefing notes ahead of founder meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all activity, contacts, and pipeline stages.
  • Report on outreach activity, conversion rates, and market feedback.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
