Who we are:
Based in London, AlternativeSoft is an award-winning financial software company specializing in quantitative and qualitative Investment Due Diligence in the alternative assets space, specifically focusing on helping asset managers select the best hedge funds, long only funds, private equity, for Portfolio Construction and Reporting. We have a global reach and work with some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly motivated BDR/Cold Caller with the skills and drive to generate qualified leads, engage prospects, and book demos for our sales team. This is a key role supporting our Head of Sales and Senior Sales Executive in building pipeline across EMEA, APAC and the USA.
Working Hours:
Working hours will be 9:00 to 18:30 UK time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to adjust hours to align with the US market in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the lead generation process from outreach to qualification
- Make outbound calls to prospects in EMEA, APAC and the USA
- Engage and build relationships with decision-makers across asset managers, family offices, and investment firms
- Book qualified demos for the Head of Sales and Senior Sales Executive
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM (Pipedrive) diligently
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales on strategy, messaging, and market feedback
Experience Required:
- 12-18 months experience selling financial technology (Fintech) to Buy-Side financial institutions
- May have experience selling Front, Middle or Back office technology, or services
- Proven cold calling experience

What you will bring:
- Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- Comfortable managing outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Proficient with CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive
- Resilient and adaptable mindset; able to handle rejection and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, with strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
