German-Speaking Business Development Representative
📍 London | Hybrid
đź’° ÂŁ41k base + ÂŁ14k uncapped commission (ÂŁ55k OTE) + quarterly bonuses & accelerators
We’re hiring a German-speaking BDR to join a fast-growing software company and help drive growth across the DACH region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry, ambitious, and wants to build a career in SaaS sales. You don’t need years of sales experience, if you have the right attitude and can speak German at a native/C1 level, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
- Prospecting into new Enterprise accounts across DACH
- Running outbound campaigns and generating qualified pipeline
- Speaking with senior decision-makers and qualifying opportunities
- Booking meetings for the Enterprise AE team
- Running initial discovery calls, both virtually and in person
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to grow the DACH market

What we’re looking for
- Native/C1 German speaker
- Sales or customer service experience is ideal, but recent graduates with the right drive are welcome
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
- Competitive, ambitious, and target-driven
- Keen to build a long-term career in B2B SaaS sales
- Full UK right to work, unfortunately, no sponsorship available
