Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, driven Business Development Representative to help us expand our direct sales presence across Primary Care, Occupational Health and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

What you'll be doing You'll play a key role in generating new business and growing Vitalograph's customer base across the UK. This is a high-energy, target-driven role where you'll be responsible for identifying prospects, creating opportunities and converting them into customers.
You'll:
- Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting, including cold calling.
- Build relationships with Primary Care and Occupational Health customers and key decision-makers.
- Develop relationships with ICBs to identify new Community Care opportunities.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and consistently work towards exceeding targets.
- Qualify, progress and close new sales opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and forecasts.
- Conduct occasional customer visits to support key opportunities.
- Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise commercial opportunities.

About you We're looking for someone who is competitive, resilient and motivated by winning. You'll ideally have experience as a Business Development Representative, Inside Sales, Telesales or similar sales role, with a proven track record of generating new business and consistently delivering against targets.
You'll be someone who:
- Enjoys picking up the phone and creating opportunities from scratch.
- Is motivated by targets, KPIs and measurable results.
- Has strong prospecting, cold calling and closing skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Is resilient and doesn't give up when faced with rejection.
- Builds rapport quickly and is confident influencing decision-makers.
- Is commercially aware and understands how to identify and convert opportunities.
- Is organised, self-motivated and disciplined in managing a sales pipeline.
- Enjoys competition and takes pride in exceeding expectations.
