The Role
You'll sit at the very top of the sales funnel and build the pipeline the wider sales team works from. Working in a small pod alongside Enterprise Account Executives, you'll research target accounts, find the right marketing decision-makers and book meetings that turn into real opportunities. It's fast-paced and target-driven, so it suits someone who's resilient, curious and motivated by seeing their results stack up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across a defined set of enterprise accounts in EMEA
- Research target organisations to understand their priorities and spot the right people to approach
- Engage senior marketing stakeholders across demand gen, ABM, digital, brand and marketing ops
- Build and run multichannel outreach across email, phone and LinkedIn
- Tailor your messaging to each role and organisation while keeping activity levels up
- Book and qualify meetings, then handle confirmations and follow-up so they actually go ahead
- Work with Account Executives on account plans and next steps on opportunities
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
