About the Role

Plenty of companies are selling AI. Far fewer are selling it to large organisations that run complex, mission-critical operations and can't afford to get it wrong.

That's where Stellar Omada sits. We've spent years earning our stripes delivering complex transformation programmes for some of the UK's most demanding organisations, from leading financial institutions to blue-chip corporates. Now we're taking our own enterprise grade AI solutions and consultants to the wider corporate market, and we need someone hungry to help us drive it.

This is a new role in a growing sales team, created because our business is ready to scale. You'll be at the front of it, working directly alongside experienced sellers who'll teach you how enterprise deals get done.

Who We Are

Stellar Omada was founded in Edinburgh in 2018 and has been recognised as Scotland's fastest-growing technology services company. We're now more than 150 people strong, and working across the UK from bases in Edinburgh, London, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

Our reputation was built on Programme Delivery, Digital Transformation and Testing Services, and we're expanding fast across new sectors and new products, including our own enterprise AI solutions. We're independent, ambitious and proud of the team we've built, from our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation to our sponsorship of Heart of Midlothian FC and grassroots sport across Scotland.

Our motto is "Change to advance the future." Our platform is how we make that scalable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You'll Do

You'll own the top of the funnel for our enterprise AI solutions: finding the right people, starting the right conversations and turning interest into qualified opportunities for the senior sales team to close with you.

  • Build the pipeline. Research target accounts across the UK's leading corporates, and run targeted, multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, events) using our outreach tooling and CRM. Every campaign has a clear angle, a real trigger and follow-up built in.
  • Open doors. Book meetings with the decision-makers and influencers who matter, and make a strong first impression for Stellar Omada.
  • Qualify well. Learn to understand a prospect's problem, their technology landscape and whether we can genuinely help, so the opportunities you hand over are real.
  • Support the sale. Join discovery calls and demos with senior colleagues, help build proposals, and pick up the skills to run them yourself over time.
  • Learn the market. Get to know what's happening in enterprise AI across sectors: where budgets are going, who's adopting what, what the competition is doing and what's holding buyers back. Bring what you learn into every conversation.
  • Own your numbers. Outreach activity, meetings booked, opportunities qualified, pipeline created. You'll work to clear targets and use the data to get better every month.

Who You Are

  • You have some early sales or business development experience (a year or two in a BDR/SDR, inside sales or similar role), ideally selling technology or services. Strong graduates with a genuine passion for tech and sales will also be considered.
  • You're curious about AI and technology and can pick up how a product works and why it matters quickly. You don't need to be an engineer.
  • You're interested in how big organisations work and want to understand how they buy, who signs off and what slows them down.
  • You're a natural outbound operator: disciplined, resilient, well-organised and comfortable picking up the phone.
  • You communicate clearly, listen well and aren't afraid to ask questions.
  • You want to build a career in tech sales, not just do a job.
