Remote – United Kingdom | Flexible | Independent Contractor

ChallengeMe is a mobile platform that helps event professionals create interactive experiences around live events — including team-building activities, challenges, city quests, quizzes, and event agendas.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative with an interest in the events industry to help us introduce ChallengeMe to event agencies, event planners, and other event professionals across the UK.

What you’ll do

Your main goal will be to build relationships with event professionals and help bring ChallengeMe into real client events.

You will:

  • Identify and approach event agencies, event planners, event producers, and other relevant professionals.
  • Introduce ChallengeMe and explain how it can be used to make live events more interactive.
  • Invite potential partners to try the platform free of charge on real events.
  • Help interested agencies get started and understand how ChallengeMe can fit their event formats.
  • Follow up with prospects and turn successful pilots into long-term customers and partners.
  • Share feedback from agencies and event professionals with our product team.
  • Help us understand what features and use cases matter most to the event industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
