About CloudBees
CloudBees helps organizations build, run, and govern software factories, giving enterprises the confidence to ship software better, faster, and safer.
Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. Governing what reaches production and validating its impact is. As enterprises adopt agentic coding, software is created faster than most teams can review, secure, and validate. Without consistent governance, organizations risk shipping code they cannot explain, audit, or trust.
CloudBees addresses this challenge without asking teams to replace the tools they already use. Across every toolchain a customer runs, CloudBees makes each change - human or AI - visible, auditable, and accountable before it reaches production. CloudBees Unify is the product behind this: a governance layer, with context and control-plane capabilities, that enforces consistent policy and evidence across every tool, team, and workflow.
Founded in 2010, CloudBees is backed by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bridgepoint Capital, HSBC, Golub Capital, Delta-v Capital, Matrix Partners, and Lightspeed Venture Partners.

About the Role
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth through strategic outreach? We're seeking a dynamic, multilingual BDR to join our London team and play a key role in expanding our customer base across the French and German-speaking markets. Working from our London office, you'll prospect into enterprises in France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland - engaging technical and business decision-makers in their own language. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with teammates, and excels at multi-channel prospecting. Your work will directly drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities and setting up the relationships that follow.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily outbound activity - calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach in French, German, and English - to generate new business opportunities across your markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through persistent, strategic prospecting.
- Work closely with the Account Executives covering France and the DACH region, and with sales and marketing, to align outreach and share what you're learning.
- Research target accounts to tailor messaging and improve engagement, adapting tone and approach to local market norms.
- Localise and personalise outreach sequences for French and German-speaking prospects.
- Track and manage all activity in Salesforce, keeping records accurate and current.
- Refine your outreach continuously to improve response and conversion rates.
- Follow up and nurture leads through the funnel.
- Take part in team meetings to share what's working and what isn't.
- Feed back to marketing on campaign effectiveness and prospect engagement in your markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring
- Languages. Business fluent French and German (C2), spoken and written, plus fluent English. All three are essential because you will cold call and write outreach in each of them every day.
- Outbound experience. One to three years in sales, business development, or a similar outbound role, with a working understanding of lead generation and outbound engagement.
- Research instinct. You dig into prospects and companies to personalise outreach, find the decision-makers, and work out what the business actually needs.
- Communication. Strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to think on your feet and make a compelling introduction in a live conversation.
- Comfort on the phone. Cold calling, objection handling, and navigating conversations that start badly.
- Organisation. You manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment without dropping things.
- Persistence. A record of hitting and beating targets and KPIs, and of staying with it when the week is going badly.
- Location and eligibility. Based in or within commuting distance of London, and able to work from our London office five days a week. You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and how it is applied to qualify and advance opportunities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, and sales enablement tooling.
- Analytical comfort - reading what is working in your outreach and adjusting on the evidence.
- Experience prospecting into French or DACH enterprises.
- A creative, independent approach to problem-solving, and the instinct to share what works with the rest of the team.
