Business Development Representative (BDR) – SaaS | Remote EMEA
I'm working with a fast-growing data centre software business that has experienced 200% year-on-year growth and is looking to strengthen its commercial team across EMEA.
The business provides AI-driven monitoring, optimisation and analytics software that helps data centre operators reduce energy costs, unlock additional capacity and improve operational efficiency.
The Opportunity
This is an outbound-focused business development role, working closely with the regional sales leadership team to identify new customers, open doors and generate qualified opportunities across the data centre market.

What we're looking for:
- 4–5+ years' experience in B2B business development, SDR/BDR or lead generation.
- Proven success generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
- Experience selling SaaS, technical software or infrastructure solutions.
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers and building relationships.
- Data centre or critical infrastructure experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- HubSpot CRM experience desirable but not essential
