Role: Business Development Representative

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR role.
- Degree educated from a Russell Group university.
- Driven, organised and disciplined, with a strong track record of achieving goals.
- Creative and curious, with a knack for finding new ways to engage people and communicate ideas.
- Personable and confident, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- A builder who enjoys working in high-growth environments and figuring things out from the ground up

About the Role:
This is an early BDR hire in London, working 1:1 with a dedicated AE - with fast development opportunities into an AE role or Leadership.
- Help build the BDR playbook and shape how the company opens doors with prospects.
- Use cold calls, email and LinkedIn to capture attention and start conversations.
- Run creative account campaigns, testing messaging and approaches to improve results.
- Handle inbound interest, selected demos and prospect nurture.
- Work across marketing, sales, growth and partnerships, with opportunities to progress into a full-cycle sales or wider GTM role.
