Business Development Representative

Location: City of London (Office-based)

Salary: £37,000–£39,000 base + commission

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing, high-performing sales team in the City of London. This is a high-volume outbound calling role where success is driven by activity, resilience, and results.

You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, engaging B2B decision-makers, and generating qualified opportunities for senior sales teams.

The Role

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage and qualify senior decision-makers across target accounts
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and drive early-stage pipeline
  • Build rapport quickly and uncover client needs
  • Accurately track activity and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Consistently meet and exceed call and revenue targets

  • Minimum 9 months’ experience consistently hitting targets in an outbound calling or sales role
  • Confident communicator with strong phone presence
  • Target-driven and resilient with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organised with strong work ethic
  • Ambitious and motivated by progression and earnings
