Business Development Representative London | £30,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

About the Role
As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you'll become an expert within your own specialist therapy area, helping global organisations connect with clinicians through market-leading educational campaigns, digital content and medical publications.

Your Day-to-Day
- Identifying pharmaceutical and healthcare organisations that could benefit from tailored media and educational solutions.
- Researching your specialist therapy area to understand market developments, key accounts and industry trends.
- Speaking with senior decision-makers to understand their commercial objectives and upcoming projects.
- Building a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
- Arranging high-quality meetings for the wider commercial team.
- Supporting sales activity around major international healthcare events and medical congresses.
- Managing your own pipeline using CRM software and tracking your progress against personal goals.
- Working alongside experienced Business Development Managers to learn the full commercial sales process.
