Join a Fast-Growing Sustainability & Renewable Energy Business

Are you a natural communicator with a drive to succeed? Do you want to be part of an industry that's making a genuine impact on the future?

Our client is a rapidly growing organisation within the renewable energy and sustainability sector, helping businesses and homeowners transition towards greener, more energy-efficient solutions. With demand for sustainable technologies continuing to rise, they are expanding their commercial team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales. You'll play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and creating a strong pipeline for the wider sales team.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective customers. You'll engage decision-makers, understand their challenges, and introduce them to solutions that can help reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support their sustainability goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
