Business Development Representative (BDR)
£28,000-£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

Flourish have partnered with an exciting client looking to hire a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support their continued expansion. This role sits at the heart of the commercial function and is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, creating opportunities, and helping drive business growth.
You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying new opportunities while also supporting customer engagement and account development. The successful candidate will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and clear career progression opportunities within a growing organisation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers
- Conducting outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying leads and generating meetings for the sales team
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Following up on opportunities and re-engaging inactive accounts
- Maintaining an organised and accurate sales pipeline
- Recording activity and customer information within the CRM system
- Achieving agreed activity and performance objectives

What Success Looks Like
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Resilient and determined with a results-focused mindset
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential
