From creating workspaces for brands like Red Bull and Skyscanner to delivering large-scale design, fit-out and compliance projects, this £330m business is helping some of the world's most ambitious companies build environments where people do their best work.
With plans to grow to £500m over the next five years, they're investing heavily in their commercial team and hiring a Business Development Representative to help drive that growth.
The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional BDR role.
You'll be speaking with senior decision-makers, uncovering upcoming workplace projects, and opening doors to opportunities worth hundreds of thousands, and sometimes millions, of pounds.
You'll learn how to build relationships, run strategic outreach campaigns, and create opportunities for a high-performing sales team. If you're ambitious, competitive and looking for a genuine route into Account Management or Sales, this is an opportunity to join a market-leading business with clear progression from day one.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging potential clients across a variety of industries
- Proactively reaching out via phone, email, LinkedIn and networking events
- Building relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Researching target accounts and spotting commercial opportunities
- Qualifying projects and generating high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Collaborating with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns
- Managing activity and pipeline through the CRM
- Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of sales experience.
We're looking for people who are naturally driven, curious and resilient. Whether you've worked in sales, recruitment, hospitality, retail, sport, events, or another customer-facing environment, what matters most is your attitude.
