- Building relationships with senior stakeholders across a range of industries
- Prospecting and opening conversations with new target accounts
- Identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
- Managing outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and networking
- Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Working closely with marketing on strategic campaigns
- Learning a consultative, value-led sales approach
- Consistently exceeding activity and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for finished salespeople.
We're looking for ambitious individuals with the drive, resilience and work ethic to become one. You might be a graduate, former athlete, hospitality professional, recruiter, customer-facing professional, or someone who has consistently pushed themselves to achieve more.
Most importantly, you'll be competitive, coachable, curious and motivated to build a successful career.
