About The Role
Uber for Business is growing exponentially, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to drive our business forward at this exciting time. You'll work closely with your Manager, other BDRs, Account Executives and Sales Managers to drive the pipeline at Uber for Business in the UK.
As a BDR, you will be sourcing new business for U4B to interact with prospects and driving deep partnerships.
We're looking for highly motivated self-starters, team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and natural problem solvers. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we're looking for an all-rounder who has the drive to sell holistically across an organisation with passion, poise and energy. As a Mid-Market BDR, you will be instrumental in customer acquisition for Uber for Business within the UKI market.
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ months of B2B SDR/BDR experience is highly favourable
- Experience of prospecting at scale into large accounts
- Ability to build and manage outbound motions effectively
- A history of consistently exceeding KPIs and targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to qualify accounts and prospects through consultative discovery and value selling.
- Creative thinking around account penetration
- Driven and excited about a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills + ability to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hunter mentality and proven track record of outbound success across, email, cold calling, social selling and video prospecting.
- Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Groove, and Salesforce.
- Experience supporting multiple Account Executives in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Structured and good time management is critical
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and exceeding goals.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Be responsible for generating revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls/emails/social selling/events).
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect the right POC's within a business.
- Meet and exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targets.
- Bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Work with the Account Executives and Sales Managers within the region to develop and iterate on a prioritisation model, internal tools and prospecting processes.
- Strong communication via phone, email, video conferencing and in-person meetings.
