About The Role And Team

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don't come with a script. In this role, you will be the engine of our Uber for Business growth, providing critical sales support to Account Executives by uncovering leads that matter. This isn't about following a polished playbook; it's about having the grit and curiosity to dig into accounts, understand business challenges, and create opportunities where others see obstacles.

This is a high-impact, high-stakes position that serves as the ultimate training ground for those who want to own their career path. You'll experience the fast-moving reality of B2B sales-balancing outbound persistence with the strategic thinking required to engage senior executives. If you are resilient, resourceful, and energized by the challenge of building long-term partnerships in a constantly shifting environment, this is where you'll grow.

What You'll Do

  • Fuel the sales pipeline by researching and developing accounts through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Navigate complex prospect organizations to uncover business challenges and clearly articulate the Uber for Business value proposition to senior executives.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and ensure a seamless handoff, directly influencing the achievement of total Gross Bookings goals.
  • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results with precision using Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to unblock opportunities and shape messaging that resonates with diverse market dynamics.
  • Adapt your approach daily based on market feedback and shifting priorities, maintaining discipline even when facing the inevitable "no."

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
