As we continue to expand our international business, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Delhi NCR.
The Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across international markets, particularly in the UK, Europe and other English-speaking markets.
You will work closely with our leadership and technology teams to identify target organisations, engage senior decision-makers and generate qualified business opportunities.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in international B2B technology sales and gain exposure to senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, IT Directors and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients across international markets.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify and engage decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, IT Directors and Heads of Data/Technology.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls and other channels.
- Develop personalised outreach campaigns based on the prospect's business and technology challenges.
- Qualify prospects and understand their business, technology and transformation requirements.
- Generate and book qualified meetings for the sales/leadership team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
- Work with the sales and technical teams to understand Orange95's services and communicate their business value effectively.
- Track outreach activity, meetings, opportunities and conversion metrics.
- Continuously research target industries, companies, competitors and market trends.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Sales.
- Experience selling or prospecting for IT Services, Technology Consulting, Software, Cloud, Data or similar technology solutions.
- Experience working with international clients or international markets, preferably the UK, Europe, US or Middle East.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior business and technology decision-makers.
- Experience with LinkedIn and email-based prospecting.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent and target-oriented.
- Ability to understand a technology proposition and translate it into business value.

Good to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Data, AI, Cloud, Databricks, Power BI or Microsoft technologies.
- Experience using Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn or similar sales/prospecting tools.
- Experience selling technology services to industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Financial Services, Retail, Construction or Professional Services.
- Existing experience prospecting into UK or European companies.
- Experience working with international sales teams.
