Salary: £40,000 + £10,000 OTE

About the role

Our client is a well-established telecommunications and connectivity business, helping organisations stay connected through solutions spanning business mobile, VoIP, broadband, remote working and IoT.

They’re now looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and developing a career in B2B sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying and engaging with new business prospects across a range of industries
  • Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
  • Creating new opportunities through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying leads and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Building strong relationships with prospective customers
  • Working closely with Account Executives and senior stakeholders to develop opportunities
  • Keeping CRM activity and pipeline information accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for

  • A confident, proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resilience and a genuine desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
  • Someone ambitious who wants to develop their sales career
  • Experience selling technology, telecoms or business services would be a bonus, but isn’t essential
