About the role
Our client is a well-established telecommunications and connectivity business, helping organisations stay connected through solutions spanning business mobile, VoIP, broadband, remote working and IoT.
They’re now looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and developing a career in B2B sales.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying and engaging with new business prospects across a range of industries
- Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
- Creating new opportunities through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn
- Qualifying leads and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Building strong relationships with prospective customers
- Working closely with Account Executives and senior stakeholders to develop opportunities
- Keeping CRM activity and pipeline information accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for
- A confident, proactive and commercially minded approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilience and a genuine desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Someone ambitious who wants to develop their sales career
- Experience selling technology, telecoms or business services would be a bonus, but isn’t essential
