Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Manchester, Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
OTE: £17,300 – Uncapped
We’re currently looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join a growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who wants to develop their career within a successful and supportive environment. There is a clear progression path into Account Management or New Business Sales, with 65% of the sales team progressing internally. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams to identify and qualify opportunities within the existing customer base.

Your Responsibilities
- Researching key decision-makers across the finance sector and defined markets.
- Building strong knowledge of the product and communicating its value to customers.
- Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails and social media.
- Creating personalized, persona-based outreach content, including emails and videos.
- Qualifying leads and converting them into opportunities for the sales team.
- Working towards and exceeding agreed KPIs and sales targets.
- Learning and applying the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Using Outreach.io to manage and track prospecting activity.
- Managing your pipeline effectively and keeping prospect activity organized.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A driven, ambitious and entrepreneurial approach.
- Positive attitude with resilience and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
- Interest in developing a long-term career within sales.
