Company Description

OPRA FLOW is a medtech-focused platform that automates quality management systems (QMS) and operational processes end-to-end, helping organisations move faster with fewer resources while maintaining compliance by working directly on the platform. Powered by AI and live data, it streamlines documentation, data collection, analysis, approvals, and reporting, providing real-time KPIs and audit-ready workflows aligned with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820. Designed for academic researchers, early-stage innovators, small- to mid-size medical device companies, distributors, and importers, OPRA FLOW replaces traditional eQMS tools with a simple, intelligent, and scalable system. Backed by 30+ years of regulatory expertise, full validation packages, seamless deployment, and flexible support, the platform centralises data, unifies workflows, and strengthens operations so medtech organisations can focus on innovation and better patient outcomes.

Role Description

This isn't your typical salaried sales role. We're looking for ambitious, confident, and outgoing people who are hungry to earn. If you're competitive, enjoy speaking with people, and want to develop real sales skills, this is an opportunity to build a career in SaaS sales while earning uncapped commission.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
