Business Development Representative – North EMEA

1. The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our EMEA Business Development team led by Shea Barrickman, BDR Manager EMEA. The team consists of 8 Business Development Representatives spread across Paris, London, and Barcelona. Together, you'll be driving Mirakl's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across the North EMEA market, including the Nordics and the UK.

The team connects regularly through weekly team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and a yearly Global Sales Kick-off.

2. Your Impact

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with major prospects across the North EMEA market, including retailers, distributors, and B2B companies in the Nordics and the UK
  • Proactively prospect your market using a multichannel approach — phone, email, and LinkedIn — to generate a quality pipeline of leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, e-commerce directors, and CFOs, across multiple touchpoints
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to move opportunities from first contact through to closing, ensuring seamless handover and pipeline quality
  • Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline creation in Salesforce, using performance data to continuously improve your outreach and meet your objectives

3. What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

  • Entry-level experience in Business Development or Sales Development in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven exposure to cold outreach and prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards targets and KPIs with a results-driven mindset

Skills:

  • Multichannel prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Stakeholder communication and relationship management with senior audiences
  • Organised and disciplined approach to managing high outreach volume
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity for continuous learning
  • Collaborative and coachable, with the ability to work effectively within a team

  • Pay Range: Competitive fixed salary, complemented by a lucrative variable compensation plan based on opportunities generated, with commission paid monthly

  • Two STAR interviews of 45 minutes each with members of the Sales team, each focusing on Mirakl's core values
  • A 30-minute sales role-play discovery call with your future Manager and a senior member of the Sales team
