About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing UK-based SaaS company that provides a flexible digital platform for project management, compliance and data capture across complex built-environment sectors including rail, construction, utilities and renewables. Its cloud-based solution helps teams digitise field data, streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance and gain real-time insights that improve quality, safety and project delivery.
The role offers an engaging environment for early-career professionals eager to break into tech, SaaS. You’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative team shaping digital transformation in sectors under rapid digital adoption, with opportunities to develop skills in a high-impact product area, work with industry leaders and contribute to the clients expanding influence.
The Opportunity
- You will be enrolled into industry-leading Furza Sales Academy, tailored specifically to your role. Upon completion, you will receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation.
- Alongside formal training, you’ll receive continuous coaching, mentoring and support from their experienced leadership team to enable you to reach your full potential.
- £32,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE
- Predominantly remote role - with requirement to be in the East Anglia office a couple of times a month
- 12-18 months progression path into Account Executive or management roles.

Responsibilities
- As a BDR you’ll be at the forefront of growth, working closely with sales and leadership teams to connect with high-potential prospects and drive opportunities forward.
- You’ll become a true expert in consultative selling, using the latest tech and strategies to create meaningful engagements and you’ll be fully supported with training, coaching, and development pathways to progress your career.
- Identify new opportunities, helping to spot where the business can add value and supporting conversations with potential clients.
- Actively prospect into target verticals using a combination of outreach techniques (calls, email, social, LinkedIn).
- Qualify leads and convert them for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and provide feedback on messaging and conversion success.

About You
- Strong communicator, with a desire to build long-term relationships
- Focused and detail-orientated
- Curious and willing to ask questions when unsure
- Have the ability to hold yourself in a conversation with senior stakeholders from industry
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills both online and in-person.
- Confident and credible presence when engaging senior stakeholders at conferences or client sites.
