Role: Business Development Representative (Campaign Outbound)
Location: London or Kent (Hybrid)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base salary (£15,000-£20,000 OTE uncapped)

The Opportunity
We're looking for motivated, resilient and ambitious Business Development Representatives to join our growing UK Sales team.
This role sits at the heart of our outbound sales engine, helping to create high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executives through targeted, marketing-supported campaigns.
Unlike traditional cold-calling roles, you'll be working with prospects who have already engaged with Amtivo through marketing activity, content, events and previous sales interactions, giving you a strong platform to generate meaningful conversations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Execute marketing-supported outbound campaigns, including:
- Closed-lost opportunities
- Webinar follow-up campaigns
- Marketing-generated leads
- Long-tail pipeline opportunities
- Engage both active and inactive contacts using HubSpot-supported outreach sequences.
- Qualify prospective customers through consultative conversations.
- Schedule qualified meetings directly into UK Account Executive calendars.
- Maintain accurate records, tasks and follow-up activity within HubSpot.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales colleagues to maximise campaign performance.
- Consistently work towards individual productivity and quality targets.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- A resilient, positive and driven attitude.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent questioning and listening abilities.
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Desirable
- Previous outbound sales, SDR, BDR, telesales or lead generation experience.
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Knowledge of ISO certifications or cyber security certification services.
- Experience working within a B2B sales environment.

What Success Looks Like
Month 1
- Fully onboarded on Amtivo's products, services and systems.
- Running outbound campaigns confidently.
- Booking your first qualified meetings.
Month 3
- Achieving scheduled meeting productivity targets.
- Delivering high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
- Contributing consistently to pipeline generation.
Month 6
- Consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and quality objectives.
- Generating strong sales opportunities that convert into revenue.
- Earning uncapped commission through successful deal outcomes.

High-performing Business Development Representatives who consistently demonstrate strong results, commercial capability and the right behaviours will have opportunities to progress within our growing sales organisation.
Package & Benefits
- £28,000-£30,000 base salary
- £15,000-£20,000 uncapped OTE
- Total On-Target Earnings of approximately £43,000-£50,000
