Business Development Representative | Manchester | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

I’m currently recruiting for a Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing technology business that is passionate about developing and progressing its people, with a clear career path into Account Management or New Business Sales. You’ll be joining an established BDR team, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Account Management to identify, qualify and develop new opportunities across an existing customer base.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prospecting via calls, email and social channels
  • Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers
  • Creating personalised, persona-led outreach
  • Managing and developing your prospect pipeline
  • Working towards and exceeding sales KPIs
  • Developing your knowledge of the MEDDICC sales methodology
