About the Role

Cloudmaven is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative to support our growing ERP and technology consulting business.

This role is primarily focused on outbound business development, lead generation, cold outreach, and identifying new sales opportunities within international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling and prospecting activities
  • Execute and manage automated email outreach campaigns
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and introductions for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Build and maintain strong prospect relationships
  • Support pipeline growth and business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or business development
  • Fully fluent English communication skills
  • Strong confidence in cold calling and outbound communication
  • Experience with email campaign tools and CRM platforms
  • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Experience:

  • ERP or IT consulting industry experience
  • Financial or accounting understanding
  • NetSuite or ERP knowledge
