On behalf of a rapidly growing international technology company, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to the expansion and development of its commercial operations across London and the wider UK market. The company provides innovative software, SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation solutions to a diverse portfolio of SME and enterprise clients. Supported by a growing international customer base and a clearly defined expansion strategy, the organization is strengthening its presence in the UK and is looking for a commercially driven professional to support the next phase of its growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the UK market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and networking activities.
- Engage with senior decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales teams.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve lead-generation strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in Business Development, BDR, SDR, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Experience within Technology, SaaS, Software, Cloud, or Digital Services would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and highly results-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- ✔ Highly competitive base salary of £60,000–£70,000 per year, depending on experience.
- ✔ Uncapped performance bonus, with realistic OTE of £80,000–£100,000+ per year.
