The Opportunity
At Easee, we're building technology that makes electrification effortless. Our products are used across Europe, and our success depends on attracting people who share our ambition, curiosity, and commitment to great results.
As our Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our UK commercial team by driving top-of-funnel activity and building a strong, qualified opportunity pipeline.
Working closely with our sales, marketing, and account management teams, you'll manage inbound leads, run outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and events, and qualify opportunities before handing them off cleanly to the sales team. It's a chance to dive deep into the full commercial motion from first contact to a booked meeting and build a strong foundation across the entire customer lifecycle.
What's in it for you
- Real ownership over the top of the sales funnel. You'll shape how leads are managed and qualified as our UK team scales.
- Direct, hands-on exposure to the full commercial motion, working closely with sales, marketing, and account management.
- A clear path to grow into a Sales Development or Account Executive role as you build a track record of qualified pipeline.
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, alongside a strong UK benefits package.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
