The Company
Our client is a high-growth, global HR technology provider helping some of the world's largest and most respected organisations transform their approach to compensation, pay equity, pay transparency, and performance management.
Through a powerful enterprise SaaS platform, the organisation enables HR and business leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions, navigate complex regulatory requirements, and implement fair and transparent reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
With an international presence and a diverse global customer base, the company combines innovative technology, advanced analytics, and deep industry expertise to help organisations drive workforce performance, enhance employee engagement, and achieve their strategic business objectives.
The Role
This role owns the top of the funnel for the UK & Nordics markets. You generate and qualify pipeline among organisations of 1,000+ employees, starting conversations with HR, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance leaders about pay equity, pay transparency, and compensation management. You work in close partnership with the Account Executives who take over the opportunities you qualify, and with the wider EMEA sales team on messaging and market intelligence. Outbound is the core of the job: most of your week is spent prospecting, and the level of activity expected is high.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
