Join One of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work

At innergy, we're proud to be a Yorkshire business with big ambitions and an even bigger focus on our people.

Recognised as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work, we've built a culture where people feel supported, valued, and given the opportunity to grow. We're friendly, down to earth, and ambitious, with approachable managers and supportive colleagues who work closely together, celebrate success, and make time for team events and social activities.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to join our field sales team. We're open to appointing at one of two levels depending on your experience: Business Development Representative or at the more senior level of Business Development Manager.

Business Development Representative

This level could suit someone with a strong internal, telephone, or B2B sales background who is ready to develop into a field-based business development role. You'll receive training, mentoring, and practical support as you build your product knowledge, territory management skills, and face-to-face sales experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
