Business Development Researcher

Our client, a growing B2B business, is looking for a proactive, organised researcher to uncover potential projects, connect with decision-makers and help build its sales pipeline.
What you’ll do
- Research businesses, key contacts and signs of expansion or investment.
- Start conversations through fact-finding calls and personalised emails.
- Build relationships and keep prospects engaged through thoughtful follow-up.
- Keep CRM records accurate and hand promising opportunities to the business development team.

What you’ll bring
- Strong research skills, attention to detail and confident communication by phone and email. You’ll be curious, persistent and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Experience in construction, commercial property, logistics, fit-out or a related B2B sector would be valuable, alongside familiarity with CRM systems and online research tools.
