Connect Integrated Company UK Limited (CICL-UK) is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development & Revenue Growth Manager to help expand our business across the UK, Kenya and international markets.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial professional who knows how to build relationships, generate opportunities, and convert them into revenue.
What you'll do
- Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients
- Develop corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
- Promote CICL-UK's consultancy, market-entry, investment, and international trade services
- Build relationships with businesses, investors, organisations, and key decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial opportunities and partnership agreements
- Represent CICL-UK at networking, business, and investment events
- Work towards agreed revenue and conversion targets

Who we're looking for
You'll be commercially minded, confident, and results-driven, with experience in areas such as:
- Business Development
- B2B Sales
- Partnerships
- Consultancy
- Investment
- Fundraising
- Sponsorship
- International Trade
You should be comfortable approaching senior decision-makers, developing your own leads, and working independently in a performance-driven environment.
An existing professional or business network is highly desirable.

This is a commission-led role with uncapped earning potential.
Commission is paid on successfully converted and collected business, with rates varying depending on the service and commercial value of the transaction.
Strong performers will have the opportunity to progress into senior commercial leadership and potentially develop and manage a wider business development team.
