Description de l'entreprise

Lideflow is building cross-border financial infrastructure that enables businesses and platforms to access international payment rails, foreign currencies, stablecoins, and local payment networks.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development & Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and commercial growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can do more than manage a sales team. You will be responsible for finding prospects, building relationships, running sales conversations, and closing deals.

What you will sell

You will focus on three core commercial opportunities:

  • Cross-border payment solutions for global businesses
  • White-label payment infrastructure and APIs for fintechs and platforms
  • Stablecoin and FX infrastructure for businesses with international payment needs

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value B2B prospects
  • Prospect and reach decision-makers directly
  • Identify businesses with significant cross-border payment volumes
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Close subscription, API, and payment-volume agreements
  • Develop strategic partnerships with fintechs, PSPs, and platforms
  • Work directly with the CEO on major enterprise opportunities
  • Build a repeatable sales process for Lideflow
  • Report weekly on pipeline, meetings, proposals, closed deals, and expected transaction volume

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
