Job Description
You take full ownership of your market — not just the pipeline, but the outcomes.
You're naturally curious about how AI is reshaping financial services, you listen before you pitch, and you know that real client impact matters more than hitting a milestone.
If that sounds like how you already work, we'd like to talk.
Objective
Generate a predictable new-revenue pipeline of new-logo UK Financial Services accounts, run the full MEDDIC sales cycle to closed-won, and establish Neurons Lab as the preferred AI partner for UK mid-market (Tier 2–4) FSI.
Areas of Responsibility
New Revenue Generation, Pipeline Development
- Generate a focused pipeline of new-logo qualified opportunities each quarter (fewer, larger deals — quality over volume)
- Maintain a strong MQL to SQL conversion rate
- Own deals in the $250k–$2M band
- Target UK FS Tier 2–4 (mid-market): challenger and digital banks, building societies, insurers, asset and wealth managers, payments and fintechs
Sales Execution
- Own full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won
- Apply MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification
- Sell scoped services / SOWs and custom, client-stack solutions — not licences, SaaS subscriptions, or staff-augmentation
- Achieve >25% win rate on qualified opportunities (SQLs)
- Manage services sales cycles that typically run 3–9 months in this deal band

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
