Your Role

We are excited to announce 4 brand new opportunities in Technogym, working as a Business Development & Sales Support Executive within our Inside Sales team. Each of these roles will be aligned to a business segment (Clubs, Hospitality & Residential, Health, Corporate & Performance, and Consumer/Home) and is responsible for driving pipeline growth, expanding market coverage, and improving sales productivity through proactive business development, sales support, proposal management, lead generation, customer engagement, and administrative support activities.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and Operations teams, the role supports revenue generation by identifying and qualifying opportunities, coordinating proposal creation, managing prospecting activities, supporting events and campaigns, and ensuring a high level of customer and internal stakeholder support. The position enables the Sales team to focus on revenue generation, customer engagement, and account development, while ensuring commercial opportunities are progressed efficiently and effectively.

Your Impact

You will:

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities, expanding market coverage and gathering market intelligence to support growth initiatives
  • Create quotations and proposals on behalf of the sales team, coordinating approval processes, assuring accuracy and efficiency at all times
  • Book qualified meetings for the field sales team, acting as a central support resource for sales activities
  • Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows & exhibitions, creating targeted invitation lists, following up with attendees post-event
  • Conduct B2B post installation care calls to support and enhance the customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations & Digital teams to improve commercial processes and customer experiences

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are driven to building a career in the Wellness space.

What you should also bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferable with business development and/or customer service experience
  • Experience in working in a team, perhaps in sales-oriented environments
  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills
  • Team working ethos
  • Ability to work efficiently and identify process improvements
  • Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use
  • Fluency in English
  • Loves Technogym products
  • Passion for sport, fitness and wellness
  • Integrity and humility
