Our client, a prestigious US international law firm, are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join its London office on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Specialist to join the firm's established Business Development and Marketing team, supporting partners and fee earners across key practice areas and sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and coordinating pitches, RFP responses, panel submissions, proposals and client presentations
- Supporting partners and fee earners with client development initiatives, targeting strategies and relationship management
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives and client communications
- Organising client events, seminars, webinars and networking opportunities
- Assisting with Chambers, Legal 500 and other legal directory and award submissions
- Producing marketing materials, capability statements, credentials and presentations
- Maintaining CRM databases, client information and business development records
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis and client intelligence to identify business development opportunities
- Collaborating with international Business Development and Marketing teams to support global initiatives
- Building strong relationships with partners, lawyers and senior stakeholders across the firm

Requirements
- Previous Business Development and Marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
