Company Description

Bespoke Agency designs AI-powered growth systems for B2B service firms that want predictable, scalable revenue. Instead of relying on referrals and ad hoc networking, the agency builds AI SDRs, automated outbound engines, and integrated marketing ecosystems that consistently book qualified meetings. Clients include consultants, recruiters, fractional CFOs, and other professional service firms looking to move beyond traditional, slow-growth approaches. The focus is on building repeatable systems that help clients stop chasing opportunities and start owning their markets. Bespoke Agency partners with teams ready to experiment, move quickly, and invest in strategies that drive measurable results.

Role Description

The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this position, the specialist identifies and qualifies new business opportunities, builds and maintains a pipeline of prospective clients, and supports the deployment of AI-driven outbound campaigns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
