Business Development Professional
A leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development professional to support its high-profile disputes practice. Working across international teams and markets, this role offers exposure to strategic business development, client relationship initiatives, profile-raising campaigns, and market-leading lawyers operating at the forefront of complex disputes work.
Role Overview
This role supports the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives for an international disputes team, partnering closely with lawyers and senior stakeholders to drive growth, enhance market visibility, and strengthen client relationships.

- Prepare and coordinate pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Support the delivery of business development plans and strategic growth initiatives.
- Manage legal directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500.
- Research market trends, client opportunities, sponsorships, and speaking engagements.
- Coordinate seminars, webinars, client events, and related follow-up activities.
- Maintain CRM, experience, and pipeline databases to support reporting and business development activity.
- Produce and update marketing collateral, website content, lawyer biographies, and client-facing communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to execute cross-border marketing and business development projects.

Key Requirements
- Previous business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting Litigation, Disputes, or International Arbitration practices.
- Strong background in pitches, proposals, directories, events, and profile-raising initiatives.
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using CRM systems and business development technologies.
- Comfortable working across international teams, offices, and time zones.
