About the Company
Dandelion Civilization develops an AI-powered platform for talent assessment, employee development, and human capital management. By combining digital simulations, behavioural analytics, and AI, we help organizations make better hiring decisions and build data-driven employee development programs.
We are expanding our international commercial team and are looking for people who want to build a career in B2B technology sales.
About the Role
As a Junior Business Development specialist, your primary responsibility is to identify prospective customers, start conversations, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
You will research companies and decision-makers, conduct outbound outreach, understand whether there is a potential business need, and arrange the next step with qualified prospects.
This is an early-career role for someone who wants to develop strong prospecting, communication, and B2B sales skills in an international SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Research prospective companies and relevant decision-makers
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, LinkedIn, and email
- Start conversations with potential customers and identify initial needs
- Qualify prospects against agreed criteria
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Share market and customer feedback with the commercial team
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or another customer-facing commercial role
- Experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Development Representative, or Junior Business Development specialist is an advantage
- B2B, SaaS, or technology experience is beneficial but not required
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence starting conversations with new people
- Basic understanding of outbound sales and lead qualification
- Good research and organizational skills
- Ability to work consistently with activity targets and follow-up processes
- Comfortable using CRM and digital sales tools
- Willingness to learn and improve quickly
