Role Description
The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for A&J Pharma Ltd. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and market trends
- Managing lead generation activities
- Nurturing relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers, and distributors
- Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations
- Coordinating with internal teams to align commercial strategies
- Tracking performance against sales and growth targets
- Providing responsive customer service
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
- Contributing insights to support strategic planning and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to evaluate opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes
- Excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams
- Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects across relevant healthcare segments
- Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client inquiries, and support long-term partnerships
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within pharmaceuticals or healthcare
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
