The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a local resident with a strong background in agricultural sales and solid knowledge of crop protection products and the local agricultural market. The candidate should be customer-focused, results-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other agricultural stakeholders.

- Promote and sell agronomy products to local farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, agricultural retailers, and key customers within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue and market-share growth.
- Provide customers with product information, technical guidance, and recommendations based on their needs.
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and product pricing.
- Prepare sales reports, market updates, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with technical, marketing, and supply-chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
- Support promotional campaigns, field days, exhibitions, and other market-development activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Protection, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience within the agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of the local agricultural market, customer base, and distribution channels.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, manage an assigned territory, and travel regularly for field visits.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
