Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site support at wholesale partner warehouses, ensuring product merchandising and promotional execution are in place.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, maintain long-term partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues.
- Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy.
- Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and full SKU coverage.
- Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance frontline sales capability.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to increase market share and sales performance.

- Valid UK Driving Licence (required for territory travel and warehouse visits).
- Valid visa to work in the UK.
- Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or market support; prior experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in customer relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently handle on-site emergencies.
- High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure; willing to work deeply in the frontline market.
- Fluent in English communication or Mandarin.
