Role Description

The Business Development Specialist (print management) is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in print and mail services. This role involves:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Conducting market research
  • Nurturing relationships with decision-makers across various industries

The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to shape tailored print and mail solutions, prepare proposals, and support pricing and contract negotiations. Daily activities include:

  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Delivering presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems

The role also supports existing customers by ensuring a smooth service experience, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

  • Communication skills: To present solutions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Lead Generation skills: To proactively identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Market Research skills: To understand client needs, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in print and mail services.
  • Customer Service skills: To provide responsive support, manage expectations, and ensure a positive client experience.
