Role Description
The Business Development Specialist (print management) is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in print and mail services. This role involves:

- Prospecting and lead generation
- Conducting market research
- Nurturing relationships with decision-makers across various industries
The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to shape tailored print and mail solutions, prepare proposals, and support pricing and contract negotiations. Daily activities include:
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Delivering presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
The role also supports existing customers by ensuring a smooth service experience, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications
- Communication skills: To present solutions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term client relationships.
- Lead Generation skills: To proactively identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Market Research skills: To understand client needs, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in print and mail services.
- Customer Service skills: To provide responsive support, manage expectations, and ensure a positive client experience.

Additionally, the following is highly beneficial:
- Experience in B2B sales, print management, mailing services, or marketing solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM software and common office productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
