Business Development Specialist (Private Equity)
Award-winning US law firm is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist who is ready to take the next step in their career, joining a high-performing and rewarding team and supporting its market-leading Private Equity practice across a variety of business development initiatives, including pitches, market research, marketing materials, and client relationship management.

- Support business and client development planning, including budgets and reporting
- Assist with pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials, including tailored research and content
- Support client meetings, BD initiatives, and follow-up activities
- Conduct client, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities and inform strategy
- Support key client relationship initiatives and track BD activity
- Maintain marketing materials, presentations, lawyer profiles, and matter records
- Contribute to thought leadership, industry updates, directory submissions, and awards
- Support the planning and delivery of client events, conferences, and sponsorships
- Contribute to wider global, EU, and London business development projects as required

Business Development Specialist – What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of Business Development experience within a law firm
- Skilled in using relevant technology and software (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InterAction)
- Relevant Marketing or Business Development qualification (e.g., CIM or equivalent) advantageous
- Knowledge of Finance, Business Restructuring, and Real Estate practices
- An understanding of banks, financial institutions, investment funds, and the infrastructure sector in the UK and EU markets is desirable
