Business Development Manager typically involves identifying and acquiring new properties, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders like property owners and operators, and driving revenue growth within a specific region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Acquiring New Properties:

  • Prospecting and securing partnerships with hotels, landlords, and property developers to expand G6 portfolio.

Building Relationships:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, managers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Managing Property Portfolios:

  • Overseeing the performance of existing properties, including inventory management and contribution margin generation.

Driving Revenue Growth:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability within the assigned region.

Developing Business Plans:

  • Creating joint business plans with partners to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
