Job Overview

Pagos Consultants are a professional experienced recruitment agency covering a number of verticals including Payments, Fintech, Innovative Technology, Blockchain & AI.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in North America and LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Fintech/Innovative Technology landscape, a proven track record of securing partnerships within Recruitment, and the ability to drive revenue growth in this competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Innovative Fintech/Technology sectors, with a strong focus on the North American market.
  • Partnerships & Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, affiliates, and Innovative Technology. Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand the company's reach.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a business development strategy tailored to the North American market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and cultivate relationships with key clients in the North American Innovative Technology market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and legal to ensure successful execution of deals and partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in business development in recruitment, sales, or a related role within the Fintech/Innovative Technology space, with a proven focus on the North American market.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sector, including regulatory frameworks, market trends, and key players.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, securing high-value partnerships, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
