B2B Sales Manager, PropTech SaaS

Location: Remote, UK

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 basic, depending on experience

On target earnings: six figures

The opportunity

An established PropTech business is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to convert a growing flow of qualified leads into long term clients.

Their SaaS platform is built specifically for UK estate agents, helping them present themselves better, win more instructions and grow market share. Recent investment in marketing means the leads are already there. What the business needs now is someone who can close them.

This is a full cycle consultative role with genuine influence over how the business sells and grows.

The role

  • Deliver tailored online demonstrations to estate agents and senior decision makers.
  • Own the sales process from first enquiry through to signed client.
  • Grow existing accounts by increasing platform usage and introducing additional functionality.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline in Nutshell and report on funnel performance.
  • Work with Marketing on lead nurturing, and with Projects and Client Success on onboarding.
  • Mentor a junior Sales Executive.
  • Represent the business at two to four industry events a year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
