Business Development Specialist – UK | Revenue & Profit Share
Remote | United Kingdom | Commission-Based
Stafflink is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to help expand our presence across the UK market.
You’ll work closely with the founders to generate new business, build relationships with decision-makers, and sell our software development, AI solutions, dedicated engineering teams, and technology services.
What you’ll do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
- Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals
- Connect with founders, CTOs, executives, and business leaders
- Manage prospecting, follow-ups, meetings, and pipeline development
- Support proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build long-term client and partnership relationships
- Work directly with the founders on UK growth initiatives

What we’re looking for
- 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Based in the UK
- Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in software services, SaaS, IT consulting, AI, or staff augmentation is preferred
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working remotely

Compensation & Growth
This is initially a commission-based role, with earnings directly linked to the revenue you generate.
Successful performers can progress into higher commission tiers, recurring revenue share, profit-sharing opportunities, larger account ownership, and senior commercial leadership roles as Stafflink grows in the UK.
