Role Description
The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and securing new apparel sourcing opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Zagato Fashions Ltd.’s presence in the fashion industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Generating and qualifying leads
- Conducting market research on brands, retailers, and emerging trends
- Preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Regular communication with prospects and existing clients
- Coordinating with internal teams to align sourcing capabilities with customer requirements
- Tracking performance metrics to support strategic decision-making

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Spain, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience using data and market insights to inform business development decisions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Lead Generation experience, with the capacity to build and manage a pipeline of prospects in the apparel or related industries.
- Market Research skills to evaluate trends, competitors, and customer needs within fashion and sourcing markets.
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships and delivering consistent client support.
- Background in apparel sourcing, fashion, textiles, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Spain, managing time effectively across on-site and remote settings.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software; additional language skills, especially Spanish and English, are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
